What is the "All In'' concept??
"Viva Las Vegas! - Since the All In Barrel Race is located in Las Vegas, Nevada it was important to us to develop a barrel race themed after Lady Luck herself! One fee that includes a hotel room, stall, truck and trailer parking, jacket, open arena time, AND of course your entry into the competition. 2017 we will bring the competition to The Orleans right off the Las Vegas Strip! We understand this is a unique format, but so is the event itself. The ALL IN BARREL RACE guarantees over $300,000 in cash money with added money incentives & 100% payback!
What does my Entry Fee get me?
• Entry in Race 1 or Race 2
• 4 night stay at The Orleans Hotel & Casino
• Truck and Trailer Parking
• 4 night stall at the Orleans Arena
• Contestant Jacket
• Open arena time

When is the race?
Race One | December 10-12
Race Two | December 15-17
Can contestants enter RACE ONE & RACE TWO?
Yes, RACE ONE and RACE TWO are complete independence races, enter one or enter both!
Can I enter more than one horse?
Your first entry is $1250.00 and each additional horse entry thereafter is $950.00
The Orleans Hotel & Casino is the Official Host Hotel of the All In Barrel Race.
Any additional days at the hotel past the four included days will be at the charge of the individual.
The Orleans offers over 1,800 rooms and suites right on the Las Vegas Strip. There are many family-friendly activities to engage in while your stay such as golf, Century Orleans 18 movie theatre (18 screens – wow!), the Orleans Showroom featuring entertainment shows, 70 Bowling lanes, Time Out Arcade and Kids Tyme! Don’t worry parents and contestants of age, there is plenty of Las Vegas entertainment to enjoy and of course, the Casino! Check out all of the entertainment here.
No need to leave the hotel for to grab food, the Orleans features over 10 full service restaurants, other snack bars and quick food in The Orleans Food Court. Check out all of the food options here.
How do you qualify for the Showdown round?
Top 30 in each D, collectively qualify. The Showdown round is a clean slate.
Where are the stalls located?
The stalls are conveniently located on property.
Purchasing additional stalls?
One stall per horse is included in the entry fee. Additional stalls will be available at a later date. If you want your stall for additional days past the five that are included, it is an additional cost.

How much do I have to pay for extra stall nights if I am entered in both races?
There is NO CHARGE for the two nights in between Race One and Race Two, if you are entered in both races.
If I have purchased a buddy or tack stall for both races, will there be an additional cost for those stall nights?
No! If you purchase a buddy or tack stall for both races, the two night's between races are included in your initial fee.
What if I am entered in one race, but want to stay an additional night in my stall?
You will need to contact the Contestant Relations Coordinator at email@example.com. Special requests such as those are based on availability and on a first come first serve bases.
There will be water throughout each stall barn.
Is the event pet friendly?
No dogs are allowed on arena grounds, which includes stall housing, trailer parking, or within the arena facility. Only service dogs with proper documentation will be allowed on premises. Service Dogs must be leased and under the direct control of the owner at all times. Any owner whose dog is exhibiting disruptive behaving including, but not limited to: barking, growling, or aggressive behavior, will be asked to remove the dog from the property by Orleans Security. This rule derives from the Orleans Arena policy manual and will be enforced by Orleans Security.
What do I need when traveling?
Requirements by Nevada State Livestock Requirements
o A current Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian (within 30 days)
o A negative Coggins Test performed within the previous 6 months
o All livestock ENTERING and EXITING the state are required to have a current, valid brand inspection certificate from their state of origin. If state does not provide brand inspection services then carry proof of ownership.
